Before completing your order and "checking out" please ensure you have ordered the correct products and that you have ordered the correct supplies.

ALL returned items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, with absolutely no exceptions.

If you wish to return any products you must first Contact Us and request an RMA#.

Items returned without authorization (an RMA#) will be refused.

All equipment/hardware MUST be returned in original box with all packing materials. Or there will be a $150 charge to replace the box and packing materials.
